On Your Arrival
Please be punctual for your appointment. If you are late for your appointment, your session may be for a shorter duration, postponed or rescheduled. We seek your kind understanding in this matter, as there will be other patients scheduled after your appointment.
For new patients, please proceed to the registration counter at the clinic. For repeat patients, please use the self-registration kiosk. Upon registration, you will receive a queue number and treatment room number. Please take a seat and wait for your number to be flashed on the queue system display before proceeding to the treatment room. Please note that queue number may not be called in sequence.
Your doctor will make every effort to begin your consultation as promptly as possible.
Occasionally, there could be situations where you may have a longer wait as your doctor attends to an emergency case or is called for an ad hoc cross-disciplinary consultation. We thank you for your patience and understanding when this happens.
Which Doctor Will I See?
NDCS is a tertiary healthcare provider and also serves as a training centre for future specialists. Unless you request for a particular dentist by name, you may be seen by one of our residents-in-training, under the supervision of a specialist. Residents are qualified dentists who are training for further specialisation. Patients who choose their attending dentist will be registered as private patients, and will not entitled to government subsidies where applicable.
