28 April 2020 - Wang Yu Hui, Physiotherapist, CGH, shared tips on how to prevent neck and back pain during the COVID-19 circuit breaker period. As more people are working from home and sitting for prolonged periods of time, Ms Wang recommended taking a break from their workstations every 30 minutes, and to take note of the set-up of their workstations, such as the height of their desks and chairs, as well as the seating distance between the computer screen and the individual. To ensure comfort, an ergonomic home workstation is recommended.
