Ms Teng Ya Wen

Ms Teng Ya Wen's research interests lie in the interdisciplinary field of economic evaluation of healthcare interventions at the patient-, institution- and systems-level.

Prior to embarking on health services and system research projects, Ya Wen served as a senior policy analyst for healthcare financing in the Singapore Ministry of Health and undertook a clinical operations attachment for the leading specialist dental centre.

Specialising in social sciences methodologies, Ya Wen received a postgraduate degree from University of Chicago, USA and an undergraduate degree from London School of Economics and Political Sciences, UK. She was awarded the competitive Public Service Commission Singapore Government Scholarship (PSC-SGS) from 2008 to 2012.
