Please note:

1) During consultation, your dentist will assess your oral condition and propose a treatment plan for you.

2) Sterile supplies fee of $13 to $19 will be charged. If consumables are used, it will be charged separately.

3) Fees for treatment, x-rays, laboratory works and laboratory investigations (if any) will be levied separately.

4) Prices for private patients is inclusive of prevailing GST.

5) For subsidised patients, GST is absorbed by the Government.

6) Subsidised fees quoted are based on the range of government subsidies which varies depending on patient’s eligibility. To be accorded subsidy for your visit(s), the referral letter from appropriate sources has to be dated prior to your consultation visit at NDCS.

7) All charges quoted are subject to revision without prior notice.
