Arriving and Registering

We appreciate your punctuality

Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment time. If you are late, your session may be shortened, postponed, or rescheduled so there may be insufficient time to complete your procedure.

Registration

If this is your first visit, please ensure you are at the correct building and location of the clinic before proceeding.

Once confirmed, collect a queue ticket at the self-service station and follow the directions to the waiting area, where our staff will attend to you shortly.

If this is your follow-up visit, please register directly at the self-service station.

Upon registration, you will receive a queue number and treatment room number. Please take a seat and wait for your number to be flashed on the queue system display before proceeding to the treatment room. Queue numbers may not be called in sequence.

In the event that registration is unsuccessful, please follow the directions to the waiting area, where our staff will attend to you shortly.

Waiting time

Your doctor will make every effort to begin your consultation promptly. However, there may be occasions where you may have to wait while your doctor attends to an emergency case or is called to an ad hoc cross-disciplinary consultation. We thank you for your patience and understanding when this happens.

Which doctor will I see?

If you are on government subsidy, you will be managed by a team of dentists who will be supervised by our specialists. Your attending dentist may or may not be the same at each visit. If you are self-referred or referred by a GP, you will be seen by the specialist of your choice.
