After your surgery has been completed, you will be taken to the recovery area, where you will be monitored by our qualified nurses. Recovery time may vary.
Before you leave for home, your personal belongings will be returned to you. Your doctor or nurse will also give you specific post-operative instructions to ensure a smooth recovery. If you have had surgery under general anaesthesia, you will need to make arrangements for an adult (above 21 years) to accompany you home.
