Dr Tanujaa Suriyanarayanan obtained her doctorate from the Department of Biological Sciences, National University of Singapore. Her doctoral dissertation was focused on elucidating the role of phosphorylation signaling in the virulence and biofilm formation pathways of Pseudomonas aeruginosa. Her current postdoctoral research at NDRIS is directed towards understanding the molecular mechanisms behind the biofilm formation of the endodontic pathogen Enterococcus faecalis. Dr Tanujaa employs multi-omics and integrative omics platforms for translating basic research into clinical practice. Her work has been recognised with awards and publications in high impact internationally accredited journals.
