This design is based on a word play “sweet tooth”. We used a local childhood sweet “大白兔奶糖" as it would be identifiable and has a nostalgia factor. There is also a hidden “pun” within the design that people who are bilingual might be able to catch it which is the Chinese character “兔” in the sweet name is substituted to tooth as they sound alike in pronunciation. The character of the rabbit as the main protagonist is seen performing different activities to stay healthy and strong.
